Electricity Maps is looking for an experienced COO with the mission of bringing the company from 1+ to 10M+ revenue by owning P&L and day-to-day activities, thus creating a space for the CEO to focus on external evangelisation, key strategic relationships as well as product innovation.
About you
Prior experience of (or first hand exposure to) growing a startup from 1M to 10M and beyond (or 15+ people to 30-50+)
A doer (getting things done) and a people leader (experience coaching and growing leaders)
Someone excited about growing an organisation and expanding it internationally
What you'll do
In essence, you will be owning the P&L on the company and all day-to-day operations covering:
3 year strategy planning, including long term finance, growth trajectories and even an exit strategy
Company-wide goal setting (e.g. OKRs)
Financial operations (accounting, annual report etc..)
Fundraising (grant applications, VC relations)
People operations & office management (warrants, perf reviews, payroll..)
International expansion
Lead and mentor the VP team (sales, marketing, policy, potentially product & engineering unless they are better located under CEO)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 80 000 DKK per month.
